For some reason we decided to have the pope visit at the same time... They tried to pass a law stating that "Youths may not annoy the visiting religious group" but it was thrown out of court because 'annoy' way not specific enough.
This also goes hand in hand with our APEC (Gestapo) police, who were left over from when George Bush visited. Like anyone gives a fuck about George Bush.
