Anyway, good picture. I'd say about 3.5/5. Only because I have used flash and drawing blood isn't a painfully time consuming process. I took a class that used flash at one point and we all got to that point. Some friends of mine (of whom, I've unfortunately lost contact of :'(. ) even found shortcuts. I'd give a higher score for more visible time investment. I still think your pretty good. At any rate, better than what I am now. I used to be good... alas.
